The contents of this website, and the website as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial (other than for the purchase of products from the website) use by the users of this website. This includes illegal reproduction of work, copy, content and items that are available for purchase through the store.

PRIVACY
Mélanie Johnsson will not sell, trade, or supply your information to anyone. The Shop part of this website collects personal information when you shop and register there. This information will be used to inform you of new products, sample sales, or updates on our site infrequently. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time. When you place an order through this website, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address and credit card number. We will use this information to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about it. Occasionally, Mélanie Johnsson may need to contact you by email if there are questions regarding your order.

SECURITY
Protecting your credit card information is important to us. We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) as provided by Squarespace to protect the security of your online order information as it is transmitted to our server. SSL technology encrypts your information to protect it from being deciphered by anyone other than Mélanie Johnsson. To double-check for security, you can tell that the “http” in the web address will be replaced by “https”. Secure pages slow down websites so you will only see this on our checkout pages.

TRANSACTIONS
We reserve the right to request further identification for credit card processing on any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse any order placed on this website. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same user account, credit card, and/or orders that use the same address information. In the event we need to make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via email/address/phone number provided when the order was placed.

REFUNDS

We are currently not able to offer refunds or exchanges on any of the products from the online shop as well as the online course.

CUSTOM FEES/DUTIES/TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties or VAT charges applied at reception of the products.
